Our Swiss watches has high quality, and the movement is very stable, but the Asia watches has a lot of problem. Because of the Asia watch isn't stable and very cheaper. E.X: the cheaper car and the expensive car, why the price is different? Because their material and engins are differently. So, it is the same reason for swiss wathes and asia watch. Our repair person has found that 2 out of 4 leaks are because of the crown not being screwed down tightly. To this point we have had none of our customer report water damage our watches. Please be aware that we cannot cover water damage due to user error.

We will repair your product within the warranty period provided that:
*The item has a manufacturer defect.
*The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site.
*The customer assumes all shipping expenses.
*The item(s) matches the item(s) on our invoice records.
Warranty does not cover the following occurances:
. Mishandled merchandise by Customer
. Cracked glass
. Battery failure
. Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind
. Damage Caused by Water
*We cover only manufacturers' defects under warranty. This does not imply intentional damage, or damages caused by general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents/chips, etc.). Make sure the crown is always screwed in tight to prevent water from penetrating. If we detect any damage caused by the crown not being tight, we are not likely to cover the damage.
*Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages result from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement.

All watches are sold at its maximized size and must be fitted (removal of links) at your convenience. (If a stainless steel band). Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the Customers wrist.

Another important point, when your parcel was hold on by customs, at the same time, they will send letter for you about the package already seized. Please you provide that letter for us, our company must resend a new one for you immediately. |
